That really pulled at my heart strings because I feel that way everytime I see a stray/abandoned dog.
I often wish I could afford to take them all in and provide them a home but instead I do the next best thing by taking them in when I’m able, feed them, bathe them, and bring them to animal shelters.
I’ve always had a heart for animals. My first cat was a stray that kept coming to my door at my old house, and after my dog stopped having a heart attack when it appeared I took it in. I fed it, but it had to sleep in the basement because my mom is allergic to cats. I’m glad to say that the cat is now a fat and extremely lazy old geezer living with some family friends. She made a great Christmas present. My two current dog are rescues as well. You can’t save ’em all, but at least I got three animals off the streets.
Agh! So beautiful! We actually picked up just such a dog at the beach twelve years ago and gave her exactly that perfect life, and I’ve never regretted it. But there are thousands more, yeah.
Genial mi querido Pedrini y lleno de contenido humano.
Ademas te ves muy bien dentro del autobús ^__^
¡Muchas gracias Don Romeo!

I wonder how they’re doing…
That’s way more than I do! I tip my hat to you, sir, and thank you for your kind actions.

No! I didn’t want to cry! Still a beautiful comic though.
Thank you, Tasha. Strange to find a comment to this strip now, dogs have been on my mind lately. About to post a new one about them. Thanks again!
