Wait, this is still generous. That fellow down there still looks kinda healthy and jolly. I was actually aiming for the full effect of my features being lost in the center ofย a vast mass of head. You know, like this:
It’s just weird. Like finding out your red shirt is actually yellow. I’ll just suscribe to Achewood’s Kazenzakis Curse theory for now.

Try taking a photo and flipping it. A mirror appears to “flip” left and right, which can have a subtle effect. (It’s actually a front-to-back transformation, but…)
Well, they do say that “the camera adds ten pounds”. I think it’s partly because of binocular vision. You have two eyes. You see yourself in the mirror from two different angles, combined into one image. Most photos of you have probably been taken with a camera that only has one “eye”, and only captures you from one angle.
