Reverse Psychology
I don’t really do much meditation; if anything, I dabble, and I don’t think I’ve ever done it right. But in my tries I’ve found curious and not totally unwelcome results, like mood improvement… and also when the brain just plain refuses to cooperate and sends me either into a wild train of thought or a very deep nap.
